Best known for her role as Anastasia Steele or the always loved and envied, Mrs Grey, Dakota Johnson is no stranger to a hectic lifestyle. In a recent interview with Elle magazine the stunning actress admitted that CBD was her secret to staying well rested whilst jet-setting.
“Trying to fall asleep on a plane is sometimes harder than the actual process of becoming a pilot”, 28-year-old Johnson joked. And instead of “willing herself to sleep or praying on the gods” she relies on CBD oil whilst on the go. The supplements stress and anxiety fighting properties are well known and in the past Johnson has openly shared her struggle with anxiety and panic attacks, so it is with no surprise that the star is a fan of CBD.
